Natural Bridge Park is notable as containing the longest rock arch east of the Rocky Mountains. Located south of Haleyville, the bridge stands among some 27 varieties of ferns and Canadian Hemlocks whose origins can be traced to the Ice Age. The park also includes a picnic area and gift shop as well as walking paths.
